Regular Monthly Board of Directors' Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of the month with the exception of November and December due to the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

Meetings are held in the SPECTRUM Lunch Room
Meetings being at 6:30PM unless otherwise stated. 


Per Minnesota Statute 13D.02 Board Members may attend in person or virtually.
