Referral Forms for Behavior Support & Specialized Student Programs
Below you will find descriptions of our behavior support services and specialized student programs. Please complete ONE appropriate referral form based on your needs.

Behavior

Looking for behavior support? Use our referral form to request assistance from a Behavior Interventionist for student observations, staff support, professional development, or a Functional Behavior Assessment.

ALC

River Valley Academy (RVA), HVED’s Area Learning Center, provides alternative education services for middle and high school students up to age 21 who meet qualifying criteria. Use our referral form to explore support options and determine if RVA is the right fit for your student.

SAIL

The SAIL (Students Achieve Integrative Learning) Program is HVED’s Level IV special education setting designed for students with significant behavioral needs. All students must have an active IEP to qualify for enrollment.

Spectrum

The SPECTRUM Program, part of HVED, is a Level IV special education setting for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. An active IEP is required for enrollment.
